PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular pressure measurement method by which the intraocular pressure can be measured continuously over a long period of time under the natural state as close as possible, and also to provide animals to which the measurement method can be applied.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor or at least a region for sensing the pressure is fixed within an eye of the animal by making a plurality of parallel cuts in its biological membrane and inserting a catheter through the cuts. Alternatively, in the different animal, a pressure measurement transmitter including the pressure sensor and its transmission part is placed within the eye. |
