Provided are: an adhesive composition which has excellent weather resistance and contains, as a base material, a silicone polymer having excellent curability; and an adhesive sheet. An adhesive composition which contains an addition-curable silicone polymer (component (A)), an ultraviolet absorbent (component (B)) and a platinum group metal catalyst (component (C)). The ultraviolet absorbent (component (B)) contains a benzophenone-based ultraviolet absorbent, and the blending amount of the ultraviolet absorbent (component (B)) is set to a value within the range of 1-4 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the addition-curable silicone polymer (component (A)). The blending amount of the platinum group metal catalyst (component (C)) is set to a value within the range of 0.001-0.05 part by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the addition-curable silicone polymer (component (A)). |
