PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating device which heats a planar part at low costs in an easier manner, and to provide a snow melting device and a lighting device.SOLUTION: A planar heating device 1 includes: a heat receiving/radiating member 20 having a heat receiving surface 20a and a heat radiating surface 20b and having a substantially plate-like form; a heating member 10 which is disposed at the heat receiving surface 20a side of the heat receiving/radiating member 20 and emits heat by energization; and an insulation member 30 which electrically insulates the heat receiving/radiating member 20 from the heating member 10. The heat receiving/radiating member 20 includes an expanded graphite layer 21 containing expanded graphite in between the heat receiving surface 20a and the heat radiating surface 20b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
