A second screen terminal and communication system having the second screen terminal; the terminal comprises a processing circuit, a display screen and a signal transmission interface connected to a host; the processing circuit is connected to the signal transmission interface, and an output end of the processing circuit is connected to an input end of the display screen; the system comprises a second screen terminal, a signal connection line and the host; the host comprises a host signal interface; and the host signal interface is connected to the signal transmission interface of the second screen terminal via the signal connection line. The system transmits a signal in a wired mode, such that a signal transmission between the second screen terminal and the host has a fast speed and a low power consumption, and is stable; in addition, the present invention facilitates power sharing between the second screen terminal and the host; namely, the host supplies power for the second screen terminal or the second screen terminal supplies power for the host, and the present invention has a simple structure, a low cost and good economic and social benefits. |
