Provided are a vaporization assembly and an electronic cigarette; said vaporization assembly comprises a mouthpiece assembly, a liquid storage assembly, and a vaporization core assembly; a refueling port (200) is formed on the end face of one end of said liquid storage assembly; the vaporization core is fixedly interposed inside the liquid storage assembly; the vaporization core assembly comprises a vaporizer base (31), a liquid-absorbing member (32) sleeved inside the vaporizer base (31), an electric heating wire (33) sleeved inside the liquid-absorbing member (32), and an inner electrode assembly and ventilation tube (34) arranged on one end of the vaporizer base (31); the vaporizer base (31) is fixedly connected to the liquid storage member in a tensioned manner; the electric heating wire (33) is wound to form a hollow cylindrical structure, and the hollow area of said electric heating wire (33) forms a vaporization chamber (331) arranged extending lengthwise along the vaporization assembly; the inside wall of the liquid-absorbing member (32) and the electric heating wire (33) are joined together; the inner electrode assembly is electrically connected to the electric heating wire (33) and is used for connecting to a battery assembly (2); one end of the ventilation tube (34) is connected to the vaporizer base (31), and the other end of the ventilation tube (34) extends out of the refueling port (200) and is inserted in said mouthpiece assembly.
