<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-sensitive recording medium which is excellent in color-development sensitivity and image quality and is further excellent in signing and sealing property, scuffing resistance, water blocking resistance, printing property and light resistance in ordinary printing. <P>SOLUTION: The thermo-sensitive recording medium has a thermo-sensitive recording layer containing at least a colorless or light-colored basic leuco die and an electron-accepting developer, which is disposed as a coated layer on a support, wherein the thermo-sensitive recording layer further contains 3(N-ethyl-N-p-methylphenylamino)-6-methyl-7-anilino fluorane as an electron donating leuco dye and a protective layer contains rice starch particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
