Provided is an air conditioning unit (20) for a vehicle seat, for application to an automobile equipped with an inside air conditioning unit (10) which is disposed outside of the seats inside the passenger compartment, and which blows air-conditioned air. The air conditioning unit for a vehicle seat is equipped with a plurality of seating surface air vents, a first rear seat air vent (25), and a single first duct (21). The plurality of seat surface air vents respectively open onto seat surfaces of the seat on which the passenger sits. The first rear seat air vent is arranged at the rear side of the seat in the direction of vehicle advance, and opens towards the rear seat situated to the rear side of the seat in the direction of vehicle advance. The single first duct is disposed between the inside air conditioning unit, and the seat surface air vents and the first rear seat air vent, and the single first duct guides air-conditioned air from the inside air conditioning unit to the plurality of seat surface air vents and the first rear seat air vent. The air-conditioned air passing through the first duct from the inside air conditioning unit is blown into the passenger compartment through the plurality of seat surface air vents and the first rear seat air vent. |
