PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce smoke occurring at the time of engine start during cold time in a hybrid vehicle having an idling stop function.SOLUTION: A vehicle 100 includes: an engine 200; a power storage device 110; a motor generator 145 which uses electric power from the power storage device to generate a travel driving force of the vehicle; and an ECU 300 which automatically starts or stops an internal combustion engine according to the request output from a user. When a temperature of the engine is lower than a reference temperature, the ECU reduces the request output of the internal combustion engine compared to a case where the temperature of the engine is higher than the reference temperature. |
