PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing method, and an on-vehicle device capable of more proper display using an image view from a virtual view point.SOLUTION: An image processing device according to this invention comprises: an image generation part which generates an image viewed from a virtual view point on the basis of an image captured by an imaging part; and an image processing part which generates an image obtained by displaying an image for composition on the image viewed from the virtual view point. The image processing part reduces the visibility of the image for composition when the image viewed from the virtual view point is an image at a view point position while the virtual view point moves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
