PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber extruder capable of suppressing shrinkage of an extruded rubber extruded object in an extrusion direction in a short time despite a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A rectifying body 8 extending from a prescribed position, at which a protrusion amount a in a front direction from a front end face of an extrusion port 6 is 10 mm or less, toward a cylinder 2 is installed at least inside an extrusion flow passage 7 which is formed on a die 5, and rubber extruded by a screw is allowed to pass through gaps t1, t2 in a thickness direction of the extrusion flow passage 7 and the rectifying body 8 and gaps w, w in a width direction of the extrusion flow passage 7 and the rectifying body 8, and the rubber is extruded from the extrusion port 6, by which portions contacting an inner surface of the extrusion flow passage 7 of the rubber and the surface of the rectifying body 8 show behavior of extending in an extrusion direction after extrusion, and the extending behavior suppresses shrinkage at the central part in cross section of a rubber extruded object R which is about to shrink .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
