PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage having good richness and improved miscellaneous taste.SOLUTION: There is provided a hop-containing beer taste beverage containing following components (A) to (C); (A) hardly digestible dextrin, (B) caramel IV and (C) at least one kind of acidulant selected from inorganic acid, carboxylic acid and a salt thereof with ethanol of less than 1 mass% and satisfying one requirement of following (1) to (3). (1) content of the component (C) is 0.005 to 0.05 mass%. (2) further dehydroascorbic acid of 0.0001 to 0.01 mass% is contained as a component (E). (3) further chloride ion is contained as a component (F) and the component (F) contains one blended with a form of chloride of an alkali metal.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
