VARIABLE RESISTANCE ARRAY AND CHANNEL SELECTION FILTER

PURPOSE: A variable resistance array and a channel selection filter are provided to expand a desired bandwidth and gain freely by implementing a resistance which is increased by same ratio with the resistors as many as the same number. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a first resistor array is composed of M resistors which are serially connected. Total resistance of the resistances which are serially connected of the first resistor array is same as a basic resistor(Ru). A second resistor array is composed of M resistors which are serially connected. Total resistance of the resistors serially connected in a second resistor array is double of the total resistance of the first resistor array. The N resistor array is composed of M resistors which are serially connected. The total resistance of the resistors serially connected at the N resistor array is double of the total resistance value of the resistor array. A plurality of switches(SW00~SW24) has one side connected to a common node of resistors which are connected in series and the other side which is connected in common.
