BISMALEAMIC ACID, BISMALEIMIDE AND CURED PRODUCT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A bismaleimide and its cured material are provided to less change property at high humidity and use variously. CONSTITUTION: A bismaleimide is denoted by chemical formula 1. A bismaleamic acid is denoted by chemical formula 10. The bismaleamic acid is prepared by reacting a diamine of chemical formula 11 and malate anhydride. The bismaleimide is prepared by reacting the bismaleacmic acid through cyclization and imidization. A cured resin composition contains the bismaleimide.
