PURPOSE:To provide a thick film printing method of the respective patterns constituting a PDP allowing to form a highly precise pattern mainly having a line width not exceeding the limited numerical value by means of the thick film without pattern growing due to the slack, breaking of a wire and pattern thinning to the uniform thickness with reference to a pattern manufacturing method by thick film printing such as a gas discharge type display panel (PDP). CONSTITUTION:An under lay layer 13 is formed on a substrate 11 by a substance in which a solvent having a boiling point evapolating by drying at 130 deg.C to 170 deg.C and an organic binder to be decomposed and burnt down at 350 deg.C to 500 deg.C during firing. |
