<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a favorable method for inducing a reaction inside at least one plug in a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This method of inducing a reaction in the inside of at least one plug in the substrate is provided with a means (step) of introducing a carrier-fluid into a first channel of a substrate; a means of introducing at least two different plug-fluids immiscible with the carrier-fluid into the first channel of one or more plug-forming regions; a means of applying (pressurizing) pressure on the first channel with the purpose of inducing the flow of the fluid in the substrate for forming at least one plug including a plug-fluid mixture.
