PURPOSE:To provide a molding method wherein a problem such as cracks due to molding pressure are hard to occur in an insertion member by a simple method even if insertion strength is low and it is based on an epock-making idea which is capable of maintaining the quality of a product at a low cost and is quite different from conventional ideas. CONSTITUTION:In a molding method of an insert molded product wherein resin 2 is cast inside an insert member 1 and molded and the outside of the insert member is made into an exposed state, the resin 2 is not cast directly into the the insert member 1, but the resin 2 is cast once into an outside casting part 3 coming into contact with the outside 1A of the insert member 1 and the resin 2 is cast into the insert member 1 facing to the outside casting part 3 through the insert member 1 by passing it through the outside casting part 3. Then a molded matter of the outside casting part 3 which is unnecessary after molding is removed, the outside 1A of the insert member 1 is exposed and a desired insert molded product is obtained. |
