摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the migration of a residue in a film to keep the transparency of the film and to eliminate an occurrence of a fault at the time of processing by a method wherein a metal or a ceramics is vapor deposited or sputtered on one surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film to face a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:In a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin plate by pressing a biaxially oriented polyester film and a metal plate, a metal or a ceramics is vapor deposited or sputtered on at least one surface of the biaxially oriented polyester film to face the metal plate. It is preferable that the thickness of the polyester film in use is 0.001-0.5 mm. A metal element, such as an aluminum, a gold, a silver, a copper, and nickel, is suitable for a vapor deposition. A non-magnetic metal element or alloy, such as Ni-Cu, Co-Ni, and Al-Zn, including the oxide thereof, and a ceramics, such as SiO and MgF2, are suitable for sputtering.
