PURPOSE: A mixture pumping device for an organic wastewater fermenting apparatus is provided to reduce fermentation time, and to maintain continuity of fermentation by processing the bubbles generated in a fermentation process rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A mixture pumping device(10) for an organic wastewater fermenting apparatus is installed at the bottom of an anaerobic tank(3) and an aerobic tank(2). The mixture pumping device discharges organic wastewater(6) by a propeller. The air is supplied by the propeller installed at an underground motor(12). A supply pipe of the mixture pumping device is installed inside the aerobic pipe. A bubble suction hole(15) is formed on the top of the supply pipe.
