Some embodiments of the present invention may provide an article that may be a combination used for a landscaping bag for larger amounts of debris, a garba ge bag for disposable purposes, a storage/laundry bag for reusable purposes, a cover fo r protecting purposes and the like. The article may include one continuous draw string located on the circumference which can be grasped by 1 or more handles that expose parts of the drawstring, suc h as in a conventional draw string garbage bag. The draw strings are secured by means of folding the circumference of the plastic bag over the draw string and sealed with glue, heat or the like. Fig 1; E However, the present invention is not limited in this respect and the bag/cover may have other means of sealing said invention. The invention is flat for easy removal of items, and can expose items withou t having to place said invention upside down to dump items, by expanding the material ov er the strap, pushing around the edge to open said invention to its original state.
