PURPOSE: An accumulator for a compressor is provided to improve the performance of a compressor by reducing the vibration and the noise of the L-shaped tube placed on an accumulator and by preventing the pressure descent of the suction gas. CONSTITUTION: The accumulator for a compressor is formed by:a rotor(102) and a stator(103), the rolling element inside of a closed container(101); a crankshaft(105) eccentrically revolved with the revolution of the rotor(102) in a cylinder(104); a roller(106) rotating on its own axis by contacting to the crankshaft(105); a vane spring(107) on the outer circumference of the roller(106); a vane(108) rectilinearly reciprocating by forcibly connecting itself with the back pressure; an accumulator(110) installed to prevent the liquid refrigerant from introducing into the cylinder(104); and a venting port(109) and a venting valve.
