PURPOSE: A glucose sensor is provided to increase a synthetic efficiency and an electric activating rate of a protein complex and to be used for transplanting into a body for a long period. CONSTITUTION: A glucose sensor is manufactured by using a protein complex being combined of a 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonyl acid and a glucose oxidase as a dopant of a polypyrrole. Therefore, the glucose sensor can solve the problems of the existing synthesizing method of a low synthetic efficiency for the polypyrrole and the protein complex, of a low sensitivity in a living body, and of being difficult to polymerize the protein complex from a modified conductive high molecule. Herein, the density of the conductive high molecule is 0.2 M, the density of the protein complex is 0.1wt/solvent volume, and the solvent is 8 milliliters of distilled water. And the conductive high molecule is polymerized in a voltage of 0.8 V for 10 minutes, electrochemically.
