PURPOSE: A resetting method of plasma display panel is provided to enhance contrast. CONSTITUTION: The present invention discloses a resetting method of plasma display panel comprising: a step applying final sustain discharge voltage between the first and second display electrodes in the first sub-field; a step removing wall charges reminded in the first and second display electrodes; a step applying the first voltage having higher level and contrary polarity to the final sustain discharge voltage and generating the first discharge, and then integrating the wall charges; and a step lowering the level of the first voltage until the potentials of the first and second display electrodes are same, and removing the wall charges.
