PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illegality preventing device for a game machine easily mounted on an existing game machine such as a PACHINKO machine without cutting a wiring and offered at low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An illegality preventing device to be incorporated in a game machine, wherein a winning prize judging mechanism is provided for guiding a signal output by a sensor to a treatment part connected to the sensor via a wiring cord to judge that a prize is won when the level of voltage input to the treatment part exceeds a threshold value, comprises casings 11 and 12 provided at the midway of the wiring cord connecting the sensor and the treatment part for treating a signal output by the sensor and detachably fixed to the wiring cord through the side of the wiring cord and a coil incorporated in the casings 11 and 12 arranged along the wiring cord passing through the casings 11 and 12 wherein a preset length of lead 15 is guided out of both ends thereof.
