PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a nonuniformity in light and a darkness from a whole decorative surface, to distinctly develop the color of a picture pattern which are worked on the front surface of a planar light emitting body panel, to control a dimming operation to freely execute turning-on, flickering and adjusting luminance and to improve the technical effect of electric decoration by fixing and providing the thin film planar light emitting body panel using the organic electro-luminescence element of a semi-conductor light emitting element on the front surface of a decorative board for a pachinko game stand as a light source for decoration and executing light emission on the front surface it self of the decorative board of the stand regardless of external illumination and light source. SOLUTION: The planar light emitting body panel 2 is arranged on the front surface of a pachinko stand decorative board main body 1 by fixing with an adhesive 4 and the electrode terminal 8 of the panel 2 is constituted by connection to an inverter device 6 at the rear side of the main body 1. The picture pattern 3 is worked on the front surface of the panel 2, a plastic cover 5 incorporating a dot shape light source is arranged and nails 7 are nailed.
