PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitedly contain a plurality of air bags and air supply/exhaust device for supplying/exhausting air through air hoses to the air bags in an interior section of a mat main body, to make it convenient to move or carry a device to place it at a limited space, to prevent the air supply/exhaust device and the air hoses from exposing and to make them hard to be separated. SOLUTION: A plurality of air bags, an air supply/exhaust device 2 for supplying/exhausting air to each air bag, and air hoses connecting the air supply/exhaust device 2 and each air bag to be communicated, are unitedly contained in an interior section of a mat main body to save space to be placed. In this mat type air massage device, a plurality of air bags is provided in parallel along a longitudinal direction of the interior section of the mat main body, an air supply/exhaust device is provided at one edge of the longitudinal direction of the interior section of the mat main body, and air hoses for communicating the air supply/exhaust device and each air bag is provided at both sides of the longitudinal direction of the interior section of the mat main body.
