PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat rash, moist eczema or rash caused by contacting sweat of a person wearing a diaper to the skin for a long time. SOLUTION: In a disposable paper diaper, an absorbing body 3 is provided between a liquid permeable top sheet 2 and a liquid non-permeable back sheet 1, solid gathers BK standing to a surface side are formed of water evaporation treating barrier sheet 4 at both side sections of a paper diaper, side flap sections SF where there is not the absorbing body 3 are formed of the liquid non- permeable back sheet 1 providing extending at sides outer than both side edges of the absorbing body and of the water evaporation treating barrier sheet 4, and sheets 10 for absorbing sweat of leg sections are provided sticking over a longitudinal entire length or at least areas including a coxal part at a surface side of the paper diaper and at side sections outer than the standing fixed edges of the solid gathers BK.
