PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a light irradiating device to emit light of the desired output while using no light guide. SOLUTION: This light irradiating device is provided with a light ray output part 4 having at least one small light emitting element 5 which emits blue light, and the light emitted from the light ray output part 4 is directly applied to a photopolymerizable resin material to be hardened. Thus, since no light guide is used, an increase in cost, complication of a structure, attenuation of light and the like due to light guides can be avoided, and limitations on the shape and direction of the light ray output part are reduced, so that the small light irradiating device with the desired performance can be obtained at relatively low cost.
