PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring injected washing water into collision against tableware at various angles and to improve washing efficiency by changing the rotating angular speed of a tableware cage by using a cage rotating means, thereby making the rotation of a washing nozzle and the tableware cage asynchronous. SOLUTION: The rotation of the tableware cage 1 by the cage rotating means changes the rotation of a drive motor 9 in accordance with the command of a controller 14 during a washing stage, thereby increasing or decreasing the rotating angular speed. The collision angle of the injected washing water to the wash is thereby changed by the change in the rotating angular speed. Then, the injected washing water from the washing nozzle 3 does not repetitively collide against the same section of the tableware at the same angle but imparts mechanical force to the tableware at various angles and washes the tableware. The washing water is injected by changing the angles with respect to the various tableware shapes and the adhesion state of stains, by which the washing efficiency is enhanced. Namely, even if the driving power of the washing water injected from the washing nozzle 3 is small, a prescribed washing capability may be obtained.
