PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only effectively eliminate discomfort and the generation of noises as caused by undesirable discharging and but also restrict the generation of hallux valgus or the like by selectively arranging a soft conductor at a proper location in foot ware such as shoes or sandals to allow releasing of static electricity of a user by a ground contact means during walking even when socks are worn. SOLUTION: In a foot ware body 1 comprising a bottom plate part 1a and an upper part 1b, a charged conduction part 2a as one end side of a soft conductor 2 is longitudinally mounted being exposed between the upper part 1b and the bottom plate part 1a at a location free to grasp between toes of a user. A charged conduction part 2b as the other end side of the soft conductor 2 is arranged piercing the bottom plate part 1a with the ground surface 1c thereof exposed to secure a discharging passage of the static electricity of the user.
