PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder that can positively supply a coolant to all machining points without causing interference with a workpiece regardless of the dimensions and shape of a tool. SOLUTION: This rotating type tool holder 1 directly mounted to a spindle of a machine tool and having at least one cutting tool 3a fixed thereto, is provided with a cutting tool mounting part provided at the peripheral edge part of the tool holder to mount the cutting tool; a coolant nozzle 4 opened to the surface of the tool holder near the cutting tool mounting part and on the rotational center side of the tool holder rather than a cutting edge of the cutting tool; a supply port 2 provided at a rear end mounting face abutting on the spindle, in a position closer to the rotational center side of the tool holder than to the nozzle 4; and a coolant supply line 5 communicating from the supply port 2 to the nozzle 4, from the center side of the tool holder toward the outer periphery.
