PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance slidability of an internal gear serving for speed change. SOLUTION: A slide ring 24 slidingly operated from the outside by a connecting projection 29 is axially movably housed between the inside surface of a first gear case 8 and the circumferential surface of the internal gear 18 in the first gear case 8. The slide ring 24 has a pair of headed pins 25, 25 inserted toward the shaft center from the left and right outside peripheries, the tip of each headed pin 25 is inserted into a recessed groove 22 of the internal gear 18, and the axial movement of the slide ring 24 is interlocked with that of the internal gear 18 by the headed pins 25, 25.
