PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pulling out a centrifugal cast tube from a metallic mold with which the tube can well be pulled out from the metallic mold in a short time after centrifugally casting. SOLUTION: When the cast tube 3 is pulled out after separating it from the metallic mold 1, the passing-through amount of cooling water flowing in the inner part of the metallic mold 1 is reduced much more than that at the casting. In this way, the temperature of the metallic mold 1 is raised and the metallic mold 1 can be heat-expanded, and as a result, the difference between the inner diameter of the metallic mold 1 and the outer diameter of the cast tube 3 becomes large and the tube 3 is easily pulled out from the metallic mold 1.
