PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feel of a fabric to the outside of the waist area and improve the adhesiveness of the peripheries of leg openings in a throwaway diaper. SOLUTION: The rear sheet 3 of a throwaway diaper 1 comprises a plastic film 21 covering the entire rear of the diaper 1 and a pair of nonwoven fabrics 22 and 23 joining with the outside of the film 21, covering the anterior and posterior waist areas 6 and 7 of the film 21, and anteriorly and posteriorly separating from each other in the crotch area 8.
