PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fishes and shellfishes culturing equipment capable of keep ing the growth environment of fishes and shellfishes in culturing water tanks in a good state. SOLUTION: Aeration equipment 13 are placed on the side of a long side wall 17 in each of the first and the second water tanks 19a and 20a, and aeration equipment 13 are placed in each of communication water tanks on one end side of the first water tank 19a and the other end side of the second water tank 20a. Circulation flow between the first water tank 19 and the second water tank 20 is formed in one direction by the aeration equipment 13 placed in the communication water tank 23, and a rotational flow is formed so that water moves in the directions roughly diagonal to the moving direction of the circulation flow by the aeration equipment 13 placed on the side of the long side wall 17. By the circulation flow and the rotational flow, the whole of the culture sea water is agitated.
