Method for determination of level of activity of inflammatory process in kidney of children with pyelonephritis includes determination of activity of ferments in urine of children with pyelonephritis. One determines level of activity of-glutamiltranspeptydase. If it is not more than 3.3 times larger that average value of norm one diagnoses I or minimal level, is 3.3-5 times higher – II or moderate level and at increase 5 and more times – III or maximal level of activity of pyelonephritic process.
