The invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular, to a stubble planter for sowing seed grain and fertilizing the soil. The planter comprises a frame with a tractor drawn mobile carriage, working members, grain/fertilizer compartmented hopper, sowing mechanism, a fertilizer spout, a seed spout, rolling soil pressing members, front and rear support wheels, a lifting mechanism, a rotation transfer mechanism to sowing spouts. The planter working members comprise a consequently positioned ripper with a shank and a chute with a circular upright. The rippers are designed as an arrow-shaped wedge with a blade at an angle of 5-10 degree to the horizontal plane. Chutes are connected to seed spouts. The shank ripper has wedge-shaped stream-lined shape, a pipe for mounting a fertilizer spout is fastened to the shank rear side. An inclined wedge shaped point fixed in the bottom part of the chute upright and directed opposite the planter travel. It has a semi funnel-shaped of different radius forming a slot-like cavity. The seed distributor is positioned inside the point. The chute upright is hinged connected to the main support and spring-loaded relative to it. The front support wheel is a twin wheel, wherein the rear support wheels are positioned behind the extreme chutes along the planter travel.
