PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage preservation equipment capable of keeping a beverage at a proper temperature without damaging the taste of the beverage. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a container housing case 2 which houses a beverage container 1 housing the beverage and provided with an opening part 4 for putting the container 1 in and out and doors 13a and 13b for opening and closing the opening part 4; an air circulation means 25 for feeding air to the container housing case 2 and circulating the air through a space between the inner surface of the container housing case 2 and the outer peripheral surface of the container 1; and an air temperature adjusting means 26 for adjusting the air to be circulated by the air circulation means 25 at a prescribed temperature. |
