PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detailed judgement output and to precisely predict the occurrence of jam by judging risk corresponding to the type of the jam by using risk judgement means arranged in every jam code. SOLUTION: By a CPU 200, the occurrence of the jam of a copying means performing copying control is detected and the frequency of the copying action is detected. The jam code showing the type of the jam and the newest value of the frequency of the copying action are stored in a RAM 201 when the jam is caused. Besides, an accumulated jam curve is obtained based on stored data and prescribed filter processing is executed based on the accumulated jam curve by the CPU 200. Then, the present risk is judged based on the content of a filter processing result by using the risk judging means in the CPU 200 so as to output the judged risk. Plural risk judgement means are arranged in accordance with the respective jam codes. Besides, the risk is judged based on a fuzzy theory by the risk judging means and risk membership functions are set according to the plural risk judging means. |
