The invention relates to a footwear sole with massaging effect comprising an external sole (1) for resting on the ground and at least an inner sole, so called insole, (2), interposed between said external sole and the user foot. According to the invention the footwear has one or more vertically movable pliable areas or compression buttons (3) peripherically connected to the remaing portion of the sole by means of bridges (4) of elastically pliable material, such as bellows or the like and which area or areas or compression buttons (3) project from the portion resting on the ground of the outer sole, so being moved towards the foot when they come in contact with the ground while walking; said pliable areas (3) being provided with an extension (5) in the foot direction passing through a slot (40) of said insole (2) and having at least a foot direct contacting end portion composed of soft or elastically pliable material. The invention relates also to a footwear having said sole and a footwear wherein the inner vamp lining the outer vamp are free to slide one with respect to the other. |
