CHECK VALVE STRUCTURE, DIAPHRAGM PUMP, AND SPHYGMOMANOMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve structure for suppressing the deformation of a thin film check valve.

SOLUTION: A discharge valve 30 has the check valve structure for permitting the flow of gas from a pump chamber toward a space 35 and prohibiting the flow in the reverse direction. The discharge valve 30 consists of an elastic film body 31 covering a communication hole 33 at the side of the space 35 for preventing the back flow of the gas, and an elastic member 32 holding the elastic film body 31. The elastic film body 31 has a surface 31a to be opposed to the communication hole 33 in the state of assembling the discharge valve 30. The elastic member 32 has a surface 32a to be closely attached to a face 16a of a valve housing 16 in the state of assembling the discharge valve 30. In the state of disassembling the discharge valve 30, the elastic film body 31 is protruded downward from the space 35 and the surface 31a of the elastic film body 31 is located on the lower side of the surface 32a of the elastic member 32.
