PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an deposition suppression method of radionuclide capable of improving safety and preventing unexpected extension of the shutdown period of a nuclear power plant. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing plant 17 which is a non-radiation controlled area, formic acid aqueous solution containing Fe (II) ions is produced by dissolving metal iron in the formic acid aqueous solution in a chemicals tank 45. While this aqueous solution is produced, nitrogen is supplied into the chemicals tank 45 from a nitrogen supply device 71, and is discharged from a discharge line 74, thereby reducing the dissolved oxygen concentration in the aqueous solution. The chemicals tank 45 sealed by filling the formic acid aqueous solution containing Fe (II) ions and nitrogen is conveyed from the manufacturing plant 17 into a reactor building 15 which is a radiation controlled area. The chemicals tank 45 is mounted to a film forming device 30 connected to reactor water recirculation piping 22. The formic acid aqueous solution containing Fe (II) ions is supplied from the chemicals tank 45 into the reactor water recirculation piping 22 to form a ferrite film on the inner surface of the reactor water recirculation piping 22.
