PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store strength measurement information of a mortar product under test, which is obtained by using the mortar product under test preventing a bar-code sticker from unsticking from the surface of the mortar product under test, while the mortar product under test is cured in water, as information associating information related to productions with information related to test requests into a control server via a communications network, in order to prevent a person from making errors in posting, and to share information between departments and to make the quality control more efficient. SOLUTION: The strength measurement information of the mortar product under test is stored in the control server via the communications network, as the information associating the information related to productions with the information related to test requests, by using the mortar product under test that has its edge section fastened by a corrosion-resistant clip, having a bar-code sticker stuck on its backboard surface.
