PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign substance from coming into a reaction plate from the outside and to prevent environmental pollution to the outside. SOLUTION: This reaction kit comprises a reaction vessel 4 for causing a sample to react, a reagent vessel 12 that stores a reagent used for reaction of the sample and is sealed by film 14, the reaction plate 2 having these parts formed on the front surface side, a dispensing tip 20 arranged on the front surface side of the reaction plate 2, a cover 24 that covers the space on the front surface side on the reaction plate 2 and supports the dispensing tip 20 movably so that the tip is on the inside and the base end is on the outside, and a sample vessel 32 for injecting the sample into the space covered with the cover 24 from the outside via an opening 31 sealably disposed in a part of the cover 24.
