<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed decomposition of organic matter, especially oil and fat, in a grease trap by microorganisms with a low cost and simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A grease trap liquid treatment apparatus comprises a floating liquid recovery pipe 3c which recovers floating liquid in the grease trap 1, a recovery pump 4c for recovering the floating liquid with the floating liquid recovery pipe 3c, a microorganism supporting part 15 with which the recovered floating liquid is brought into contact, and a circulating pipeline 21 which circulates the recovered floating liquid in the grease trap 1. In the circulating pipeline 21, a mixing part 22 in which a plurality of parts with a small pipeline cross section and a plurality of parts with a large pipeline cross section are disposed is formed in the direction of liquid movement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
