PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box capable of easily taking out packaged contents accommodated in an internal space without a troublesome operation suck as tearing cut lines and reusable, and a packaging body using the same. SOLUTION: The packaging box 1 includes a pair of upper flaps 10a and 10b extending respectively from a pair of opposite side faces 6a and 6b. A pair of slits 16a and 16b extending from one of side faces 6a of the pair of side faces 6a and 6b as a start point S to the upper flap 10a extending from the side face 6a as an end point E are formed. In addition, another pair of slits 16a and 16b extending from the other side face 6b of the side faces 6a and 6b as a start point S to the upper flap 10b extending from the side face 6b as an end point E are formed.
