PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable film having physical characteristics similar to OPP, excellent heat resistance and moist heat durability in addition to biodegradability inherent in a lactic acid-based resin, and having further good winding properties and excellent bag-making aptitude, and to provide a bag comprised of the biodegradable film. SOLUTION: This biodegradable film mainly comprises a lactic acid-based resin, where F2 value in the longitudinal direction of the film is adjusted to 30-55 MPa, and the ratio F2 value/F1 value is set to 170% or less, and has layers containing 0.02-0.5 pt.mass. of inert particles having an average particle size of 0.5-8μm on the front and rear surfaces of the film. Also the biodegradable bag is formed by forming the biodegradable film into a bag-like form by fusion-cut sealing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
