METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING COMMUNICATION, AND USER TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of using the resources of a communication network in the communication of a session between user terminals.

SOLUTION: A communication control unit controls the communication of the session between the user terminals set onto a communication network (main and peripheral networks). The communication control unit comprises: a communication control information registration section 21 for acquiring a session to be monitored and control conditions when the communication of the session to be monitored is controlled for storing in a communication control information DB 22; a communication situation monitoring section 23 for acquiring a communication situation related to the session to be monitored from the communication network; a control condition determination section 24 for determining as a session to be controlled for controlling the communication of the session to be monitored by determining whether the communication situation meets the control conditions; and a communication control instruction section for controlling communication, based on the information of the communication network stored in a storage means for the session to be controlled.
