Individually monoaxial lays (2a, 2b) from supply reels (3a, 3b) are wound around a winding plane or panel (4). The plane and reels rotate around each other for this purpose. The longitudinal axis (5) of the winding plane is set at an angle of 30[deg] - 50[deg] to the vertical (6). The winding plane is stationary, or alternatively rotates about its longitudinal axis. The angle of inclination is varied through between 5[deg] and 85[deg], during relative rotation of winding plane and supply reels. An independent claim IS INCLUDED FOR corresponding equipment.
