PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undergarment attachment comprising moist-absorbing quick-dry yarns having excellent water-absorbing performance and quick-dry performance, good touch feeling and excellent wash resistance; and to provide undergarment having the attachment. SOLUTION: The undergarment attachment comprises moisture-absorbing quick-dry yarns having moisture-absorbing function and quick-dry function. Raw material for the moisture-absorbing and quick-dry yarns comprises cellulose acetate fibers and polyester fibers each having hydrophilic function.
