<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated business system comprising a business management system linked to a workflow system. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated business system comprises an application state management table 5 for managing and storing the application state of application data, a yet-to authorized data table 6 for storing data under an application, an authorized data table 7 for storing authorized application data, an application processing means 11 for passing specific information indicating an authorization route to a workflow system based on the application data, and an authorization processing means 12 for receiving information about approval or rejection of the application from an approval authority, passing the information to the workflow system, and moving the application data in the yet-to authorized data table 6 based on the results. The workflow system comprises a job management table 15 for managing the application data without holding the application data per se, an application control means 16, and an authorization control means 17 for executing notification of the registration of new application data based on the specific information through the authorized route and passing the results to the business management system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
